How blitzplus create midi format files?

How blitzplus create midi format files?
Can directly in blitzplus using buffer technology and playsound function to play the midi format we produce?

I don't know if there is anything specific to create midi files in blitzplus, however I imagine it can play them - midi is an open format and if you study the format you can create a midi file.
